MUSIC FESTIVAL -INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDING QUESTIONS!

 

💟 Dear students please read carefully the instructions for this project:

1. In your groups -or if you are working individually- pick: an artist(s), a music band(s) or a song(s) that you are very passionate about.

2. Create a poster promoting this artist, you have complete creative freedom though it can include:
- Playlists, 

- Line-ups for music festivals, 

- Pictures of the artist, 

- Drawings

- Lyrics.

3. Organize the strong points of this artist: 

- Why do they appeal to you? 

- Why do you like them? 

- Why should the rest of us listen to them? 

*You can mention: lyrics, emotions they evoke, music arrangements and even their style.

4. Create a presentation where you show the poster and expose your arguments (Max 5minutes) 

5. You should diligently watch the presentations of your classmates, listen to artist recommended and reply with your opinon.

💟Guiding questions:

- What genres of music do you enjoy listening to the most?

- Who are your favorite musical artists or bands? What do you like about their music?

- How does music influence your mood or emotions? Are there specific songs or genres that make you feel a certain way?

- Do you play any musical instruments? If yes, which ones, and how did you learn to play them?

- Do you have a favorite music album? What is it?

- Are there any songs that hold significant memories or have a special meaning to you? If yes, why?

- How do you discover new music? Do you rely on recommendations from friends, streaming platforms, or other sources?

- Have you ever tried creating your own music? If so, what instruments or software did you use, and what was the process like?

- Is there a specific song or artist that you would recommend to others? Why do you think they should give it a listen?

- How important is music in your daily life? Do you listen to music while studying, working, exercising, or doing other activities?

- Are there any songs or artists from different cultures or languages that you enjoy listening to, even if you don't understand the lyrics?

- Have you ever attended a music lesson or participated in a music-related activity, such as a choir or band? How did it impact your appreciation for music?
